There are many trails available for bike lovers, starting at Toblach,

suitable for experts as well as for those simply wanting to enjoy the scenery. A favorite cycle trail, though meadows and woods, takes you on a 50 kilometer, mostly down-hill run, to the Austrian city of Lienz, return by train! A shorter, 30 kilometer run, takes you, downhill, to Brunico,  return by train.  You can also visit by bicycle Dobbiaco and Landro Lakes, on your way to Cortina, through woods and meadows. For mountain bike lovers there are many possibilities in the area where the yearly Dolomiti Superbike competition takes place every year. Dobbiaco

Dobbiaco, known as “the gate to the Dolomites”, is a village of about 3500 inhabitants, located at 4100 feet above sea level. It confines with the Parco Naturale Dolomiti at Sesto, and the Parco Naturale Fanes-Sennes-Braies. It is in the “Tre Cime district”. Beloved by tourists and hikers are the lakes - Dobbiaco and Landro - in this district, walks and excursions to the Corno di Fanes in search of mushrooms.
